I found the hotel's location to be excellent, near Dongdaemun Market and just a short walk to the bustling area. The rooms were a bit small for my family of 4 and seemed a bit dusty, but it was manageable for our group of 5, including 2 adults and 3 children. The service was mostly good, except for one staff member on the day of check-in. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the subway and various places of interest. The dining experience was not impressive, and I had to take it outside to enjoy it fully. However, the authentic dishes were a nice touch.
The hotel is quite new, tidy, clean, and comfortable, with spacious rooms that were nice and big. Despite a restriction on early check-ins until 2 pm, the rooms ensure a quiet night's sleep. However, the hotel is quite vacant during the day.

The staff was super nice and could speak English well. The hotel was in good condition, clean, and with a comfortable bed. However, I found the dining options a bit lacking, and the breakfast routine didn't suit me. Overall, a decent value for money.
